Most of my clients who have retained me for technical consulting on their tower permit have requested all the documents you can read about on this site. Accordingly, I have designed a standard tower permit document set. It represents a total package of stamped engineering documents for you to present to your zoning board (minus, of course, any structural plans), covering most of the topics a ZBA hearing usually touches upon. I am not a civil/structural engineer and cannot provide you with stamped structural plans, but I can provide referrals.
The standard document set contains:
- A standard RF safety analysis
- A standard Terrain analysis
- Preparation of 3 'after' digital tower simulations from 'before'

While these documents have been used successfully by my clients, of course they in no way guarantee that you will be granted your tower permit. It is always a good idea to consult an attorney familiar with these subjects if you a facing a Special Permit situation. The ARRL Volunteer Counsel Program can help.
